Providing physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Assisting residents in achieving functional goals and improved quality of life Implementing individualized treatment plans Monitoring resident progress and communicating updates to the therapy team Educating residents and families on exercises, safety techniques, and functional mobility Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements Collaborating with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional resident care Bringing positive energy, compassion, and professionalism to every patient interactionWhat We're Looking For Qualifications:
Active California Physical Therapist Assistant License (or eligible to obtain) Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Passion for helping others achieve their rehabilitation goals Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care is a plus, but not required Familiarity with PointClickCare, Net Health, or similar EMR systems is preferred Who Thrives Here?Our best team members are:
