Looking for someone who is professional, punctual, responsible, caring, and a team player for a very busy established chiropractic office. You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the office running smoothly. Hours (no exceptions): MWF 8am-12pm; 3pm-6pm Tues 8am-12pm; 1pm-3pm Thurs 7am-11am; 12pm-3pm Responsibilities include but not limited to: Greet patients and efficiently manage patient intake processes. Utilize Chirotouch EHR software to accurately document patient visits, diagnosis, treatment plan and progress notes. Support administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, posting charges, collecting payments, managing patient records and processing insurance claims. Ensure compliance with medical documentation standards, ICD coding, and confidentiality regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinical environment, adhering to sanitation protocols. Provide excellent patient service by addressing questions, explaining procedures, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the visit. Managing patient flow and assist in performing therapies and therapeutic exercises under Doctors' supervision.

KNOWLEDGE OF CHIROTOUCH
software necessary Multi-tasker to handle a fast paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills : ability to communicate and interact with attorneys, insurance companies, staff and doctors. Independent fast learner : possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and/or direction. Software training provided through self-learning modules.Excellent office skills:
have a high level of competency with Microsoft Office and typing skills.Excellent organizational skills:
requires candidate to be detail oriented with good follow up skills.Flexible:

- Prior experience working in a chiropractic or medical office setting is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Chirotouch software
- Knowledge of ICD coding
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and medical records management
