Duties Assist chiropractors during patient assessments, treatments, and therapy sessions, including modalities such as Reiki services and postpartum care support Manage patient intake processes using medical software, ensuring accurate documentation of medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans Educate patients on health topics such as nutrition, breastfeeding support, labor & delivery preparation, and overall wellness strategies Support telehealth consultations by setting up platforms and guiding patients through virtual therapy sessions Maintain clear communication with clients regarding treatment progress, appointment scheduling, and follow-up care Conduct basic patient assessments focusing on anatomy and physiology to inform treatment approaches Support families by working with children and providing compassionate care tailored to their needs Requirements Proven experience with medical software systems for scheduling, documentation, and telehealth platforms Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to chiropractic care, physiology, anatomy, and postpartum health Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse populations including families and new mothers Knowledge of patient assessment techniques to evaluate physical health status accurately Familiarity with nutrition counseling, breastfeeding support, labor & delivery processes, and postpartum care practices Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining professionalism and empathy Certification or experience in Reiki services or other holistic therapies is a plus but not required Join us in creating a supportive environment where patients feel valued and cared for at every stage of their health journey.
