Summary As a Medical Assistant/Chiropractic Assistant, you will support clinical and administrative operations in a fast-paced health-care setting. You will report to the clinic or chiropractic physician, ensuring efficient patient flow, accurate medical records, and high-quality patient care. With a foundation in medical office management, EHR proficiency, and patient services, you will assist with basic life support, clinical tasks, and coordination of care. Your role blends administrative responsibilities with hands-on support to optimize patient experiences and clinic productivity. Responsibilities Provide medical administrative support and patient service in a chiropractic setting, including patient intake, scheduling, charting, and medical record management (EHR usage). Assist chiropractors with patient rooming, basic life support, and assisting during examinations or minor procedures. Support treatment workflows by preparing treatment areas, handling basic physiology-related tasks, and coordinating with clinical staff for referrals, imaging, and pharmacology needs. Manage daily office operations, including billing support, patient communication, and ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines. Demonstrate professionalism in inpatient/outpatient contexts, maintain accurate documentation, and prioritize patient comfort and care throughout visits.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
