  • Medical Office Assistant and PT Aide Our Physical Therapy facility is currently looking for someone to join our team!
We are a physical therapy and wellness clinic that puts our patients needs first. We pride ourselves on patient care and bringing quality service to every individual. We are looking for a motivated, attentive, reliable, and hard-working individual who can help with patient care, administrative duties, and tasks as delegated in a growing Physical Therapy and Wellness clinic.
Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • phone calls
  • greet patients when they arrive at the office while providing the correct paperwork or other information
  • handling all mail and emails
  • receiving and sending faxes
  • insurance verification
  • manage patients' records
  • schedule appointments
  • transcribing patient paperwork
  • cleaning patient tables
  • working on exercises with patients
  • delegated tasks as necessary Insurance and billing experience a plus. Please send us your resume with availability.
