Job Requirement:

Physical Therapist Assistant license to work in CA Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience

CPR / ALS

Card Driver's License or State ID Card Current Negative TB Test Current Physical Exam COVID Vaccine Card or Exemption Proof COVID Booster Proof Able to do Home Health Visits in Oakland and nearby cities !
