We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, and responsible Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outstanding team at North Bay Post Acute in Petaluma, CA. Full-time needed. North Bay Post Acute is a 98-bed skilled nursing facility located in a great community in Petaluma, CA. We focus on providing excellent patient care through customer service, safety, and regulatory compliance. If you want to join an amazing team of dedicated staff this is the facility for you!

What You'll Do:
  • Carry out treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Assist patients in achieving their rehab goals safely and effectively
  • Document treatments and progress accurately
  • Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain a license in the state of CA New grads welcome
