The duration would be for appproximatley 8 weeks. You will work collaboratively with licensed physical therapists to deliver high-quality therapy services across diverse settings. Your expertise will help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. Mt. San Antonio Gardens, a beautiful community in Pomona, CA, with IL, AL and SNF, is taking their therapy department in-house to better serve their residents. Responsibilities Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients. Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including exercises and modalities, to enhance patient recovery. Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising therapist. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress in compliance with medical regulations. Ensure a safe and clean environment for both patients and staff by adhering to health and safety protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and communication. Licensing as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is required.
