Monday-Friday Pay:

$50-$55 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a respected healthcare team in Salinas, California. Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will help patients improve their strength, mobility, function, and independence through individualized rehabilitation programs. Key Responsibilities Carry out treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities Monitor patient responses and progress during treatment Document treatments accurately in the electronic medical record Report changes in a patient's condition to the supervising Physical Therapist Educate patients and families on exercises and safe mobility techniques Use therapeutic equipment and modalities as directed Collaborate with therapists and other members of the care team Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment Follow all safety, infection-control, and facility procedures Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active California Physical Therapist Assistant license At least 1 year of PTA experience Knowledge of physical therapy techniques, exercises, and modalities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Excellent organization and time-management skills Basic computer and electronic medical record proficiency Ability to safely assist with moving patients and equipment Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach to care Why Consider This Opportunity?
