Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) San Francisco Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team! Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) $45-$55 per hour , depending on experience (DOE) Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Holiday pay 401(k) retirement plan Continuing education and professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment Responsibilities Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Accurately document treatments and resident progress. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to achieve optimal resident outcomes. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and documentation standards. Qualifications Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license. Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Passion for providing exceptional patient-centered care.
