Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Deliver effective, hands-on therapeutic exercises and mobility training to support patient goals Monitor patient progress and report changes or concerns to the supervising therapist Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of care Stay current with best practices and therapy techniques within scope of practice

Qualifications:

Associate's degree . Active California Physical Therapist Assistant License (Required) Experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) or geriatric rehabilitation preferred, but all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply Strong communication and teamwork skills
