Job Description

Are you an Physical Therapist or a Physical Therapist Assistant looking for flexibility and a supportive work environment ? We are seeking a motivated therapist to join a collaborative team providing high-quality patient care in post-acute and rehabilitation settings. These opportunities offer full-time allowing you to create a schedule that works best for you. Location available Include San Jose, CA Multiple facilities are available, and we can work with you to identify the location and schedule that best fits your goals.

Position Highlights Flexible scheduling:

Full Time Competitive hourly compensation - PTA up to $48 &

• PT up to $68hr

• Supportive interdisciplinary team Opportunities across multiple facilities and settings Patient-centered care environment Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical needs Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care Document patient progress and treatment outcomes Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility, and recovery strategies Qualifications Licensed or ability to obtain license Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams SNF, rehab, or post-acute experience preferred If you're looking for flexibility, a supportive team, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact , we'd love to connect.
