About the Role You'll provide hands-on outpatient orthopedic treatment in a full-time, direct-hire position at our Santa Ana clinic. During each approximately one-hour appointment, you'll work one-on-one with the patient for the first 30 minutes, followed by aide support for the remainder of the visit. This opportunity is built for a PTA who actively uses manual therapy in clinical practice and wants it to remain a core part of their work, not an occasional add-on. Schedule Monday-Friday, with no weekend shifts. Eight working hours plus a one-hour lunch, typically 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Depending on the assigned schedule, shifts may start as early as 7:00 AM or end as late as 6:00 PM. All hours are Pacific Time. Responsibilities Deliver hands-on manual therapy as a central component of outpatient orthopedic treatment. Make each patient's first 30 minutes a focused, one-on-one treatment experience. Build patient trust through attentive communication and a comfortable, supportive approach to hands-on care. Coordinate with aides to support a smooth transition through the remainder of each patient's visit. Maintain clear treatment documentation using the clinic's EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools. Learn and apply new clinic technologies and workflows while keeping patient care at the center of your work.
