About the Role You'll be an essential part of our patient care team, handling both front and back office responsibilities with a smile and a can-do attitude. Key Responsibilities Answer multi-line phones with professionalism and warmth Greet patients and guide them through check-in and intake Verify insurance and collect copays Schedule appointments and follow-up visits Assist with therapy and rehab equipment setup Support back-office procedures as trained Maintain a clean and organized workspace What We're Looking For A people-person who genuinely enjoys serving others Strong attention to detail — you notice what others might miss Excellent multi-tasking and time management abilities Comfortable using technology and learning new software Punctual, reliable, and eager to grow with the team Work Schedule•Must Be Available for
