About Us B&B Physical Therapy is a well-established outpatient orthopedic practice proudly serving the Santa Clarita Valley for over 25 years. We are committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered care through hands-on treatment and individualized rehabilitation programs. We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for either a full-time or part-time position. Both experienced PTAs and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Position Summary As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the direction and supervision of our licensed Physical Therapists to provide high-quality care in a busy outpatient orthopedic setting. You will implement established treatment plans, educate patients, document progress, and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Responsibilities Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and other appropriate physical therapy interventions Educate patients on home exercise programs, proper technique, and injury prevention Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists and clinical staff Help create a positive, encouraging, and welcoming experience for every patient Qualifications Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to work independently while also being part of a collaborative team Current BLS/CPR certification Compensation & Benefits $38- 43/hour, depending on experience
