Sunnyvale, CA Compensation:
$46-$51 per hour + Comprehensive Benefits (for eligible positions) Join Our Team Sunnyvale Gardens Post Acute is seeking compassionate, team-oriented Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) to join our dynamic rehabilitation department. As a resident-centered skilled nursing and post-acute community, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality therapy outcomes, fostering strong communication, and maintaining a supportive team culture. We are currently hiring for Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities. Position Overview As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver targeted therapeutic interventions. Your role will be essential in helping residents regain mobility, build strength, and achieve maximum independence—directly impacting their quality of life and recovery outcomes. Key Responsibilities- Implement therapy treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist
- Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility interventions
- Accurately document treatments in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
- Communicate resident progress, challenges, and recommendations to the therapy team
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy programs and outcomes
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive therapy environment Qualifications
- Current California PTA license in good standing
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute rehab preferred, but not required
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, resident-centered care
Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate:
