We are seeking a skilled Chiropractic Assistant for a Full Time role working in a clinical setting. As a member of the health care team, the Chiropractic Assistant provides administrative support, clinical assistance and patient relations at MACT clinics for our Chiropractic staff.
High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year of Chiropractic Assistant experienceChiropractic Assistant Certificate preferredProficiency in NextGen EHR and I2I preferredCurrent BLS/ALS certificate preferredMust pass Occupational Health Screening.
Must possess a valid form of identification as listed on the U.S. Department of Justice I-9 form, verified using the E Verify system.
Clean DMV driving record and MACT auto insurance driving eligibility (determined by auto insurance carrier). The position requires an awareness and keen appreciation of American Indian traditions, customs, and socioeconomic needs and the ability at all times to meet and deal effectively in contacts with Indian health organizations which requires tact, courtesy, discretion, resourcefulness and good judgment in handling functions of a sensitive nature.

We are seeking a skilled Chiropractic Assistant for a Full Time role working in a clinical setting. As a member of the health care team, the Chiropractic Assistant provides administrative support, clinical assistance and patient relations at MACT clinics for our Chiropractic staff.
The Chiropractic Assistant will:
Prepare for upcoming patient visits, ensure reports, labs, and info are in systemClean exam rooms and patient areas between visits and after hoursEscort patients, take vitals (weight, BP, pulse, temp, O), and document in chartAssist provider during exams and proceduresMaintain and inventory medical equipment and supplies; restock roomsFacilitate and log labs, X-rays, consults, referrals, and reportsMaintain infection control (autoclave instruments, log testing)Handle calls/messages; provide feedback to patients, physicians, pharmaciesComply with MACT policies and maintain excellent customer servicePerform other duties as assignedParticipate in QA/QI activitiesInventory and document emergency carts monthlyCreate recall lists, abnormal lab logs, and high-risk listsConduct monthly quality improvement reports/audits (HEDIS, GPRA, etc.)Adhere to MACT Corporate Code of ConductWhat you need:High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year of Chiropractic Assistant experienceChiropractic Assistant Certificate preferredProficiency in NextGen EHR and I2I preferredCurrent BLS/ALS certificate preferredMust pass Occupational Health Screening.
