Located near Tracy, CA, this opportunity invites you to work collaboratively alongside an agency PT, providing on-site expert care under the guidance of an experienced virtual Physical Therapist. Youll play a vital part in fostering student mobility, independence, and participation throughout the academic year. Your schedule offers flexibility, with 20 hours per week distributed across 4-5 days and a defined timeline from September 8th, 2026, through May 21st, 2027. While your student caseload will be finalized closer to the start date, youll benefit from consistent hours and the chance to build lasting connections with students and staff alike. To be successful, applicants should possess: An active California Physical Therapist Assistant license/certification issued by the PTBC An Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program A passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) for PTAs Successful completion of the California Jurisprudence Assessment Module (CA JAM), demonstrating knowledge of California physical therapy laws Key responsibilities will include: Delivering engaging physical therapy interventions to support student goals and promote inclusion Documenting progress and collaborating regularly with both on-site and virtual PTs Communicating with families, educators, and support staff to optimize outcomes Adapting activities and recommendations to meet diverse student needs across grade levels This position presents a starting pay rate of $30 per hour, with weekly pay and access to an appealing benefits package.
