Growing network with opportunities as we expand to new locations. What You'll Do Implement treatment plans for orthopedic, soft-tissue, and post-traumatic injuries under PT supervision. Execute manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and modalities. Document patient progress and communicate with supervising PT and care team. Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management strategies. What We're Looking For Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (Colorado license or eligible for licensure) Passion for helping patients recover from complex injuries. Strong hands-on skills and attention to documentation. You'll have the time and resources to deliver care the right way — 40-minute one-on-one sessions, no double-booking, no productivity pressure. This is a role for PTAs who want to do meaningful, hands-on work with patients who are ready to put in the effort, supported by a full multidisciplinary team that includes MDs, PTs, medical massage therapists, and case managers. Together, we remove barriers to recovery so you can focus on what you do best: restoring movement, function, and quality of life.
