What You'll Do Support patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Carry out treatment plans using therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, and movement programs Educate patients on exercises, home programs, and safe movement patterns Document patient visits accurately and efficiently using clinician-friendly systems Communicate patient progress and changes to the supervising PT Collaborate with a team that cares about patient outcomes Qualifications Physical Therapist Assistant degree from an accredited program Valid Colorado PTA license, or eligibility to obtain one Patient-centered communication style Genuine interest in contributing to a growing private practice
