Creekside Physical Medicine is a renowned multidisciplinary outpatient clinic nestled in the picturesque foothills of Boulder, Colorado. Creekside Physical Medicine is seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Medicine Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have interest in pursuing a career in the medical field, preferably in Physical Therapy. We are seeking an individual who is interested in developing their manual therapy skills and has the ability to effectively communicate within a multidisciplinary team. As a Physical Medicine Assistant at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute physical medicine treatment plans for patients suffering from migraines and related conditions under the guidance of a D.O. Execute unique physical therapy treatment plans which include manual therapy, corrective exercises, modalities, and other therapeutic interventions with the patient's care team. Educate patients on exercises and proper use of equipment. Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately. Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team, including physicians, physician assistant, physical therapist assistants, and other healthcare providers. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (preferably pre-Physical Therapy) Manual medicine and massage therapy experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Passion for helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals.
