We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and can help create a welcoming, upbeat environment for our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills , be organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a busy healthcare office. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required. Compensation $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Position Responsibilities Responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients and providing a friendly, professional front-desk experience Answering incoming phone calls and communicating with patients in both English and Spanish Scheduling new and existing patient appointments Checking patients in and out Collecting payments and maintaining accurate payment records Verifying insurance benefits and patient eligibility Assisting with insurance billing and related administrative duties Helping maintain accurate patient information and office records Assisting with patient flow throughout the clinic Placing and assisting patients with prescribed therapies as directed by the doctor Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front-office and patient-care environment Working closely with the doctor and other team members to provide an excellent patient experience What We Are Looking For We are especially interested in someone who is: Fluent in both Spanish and English Energetic, happy, positive, and outgoing Friendly and comfortable interacting with people throughout the day Professional, dependable, and punctual Organized and detail-oriented A strong communicator Comfortable answering phones and managing multiple responsibilities Committed to providing excellent customer service Comfortable learning insurance verification, billing, and healthcare office procedures A team player who is willing to help wherever needed Previous experience in a chiropractic, medical, dental, physical therapy, or other healthcare office is preferred, but we are willing to consider the right candidate with an excellent personality, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Schedule Clinic hours of operation are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Friday. Candidates should have reliable availability during clinic operating hours. Specific work schedule and hours will be discussed during the interview process. Benefits
