Job Description
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) -
Deliver one-on-one patient care based on established treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic exercises, activities, and interventions as directed by the supervising PT.Educate patients and caregivers regarding exercises, treatment techniques, and home programs.
Monitor patient progress and communicate changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.
Coordinate patient care with the Physical Therapist and clinical leadership team.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Follow established clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.
Support a positive, compassionate, and team-oriented patient experience.

QualificationsAssociate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant license in Colorado.

Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative clinical team.

Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
