Dody Chiropractic Center for Wholeness is looking for a Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk & Neurofeedback Assistant to join our upbeat, family-focused wellness practice in Littleton. This is more than a typical front-desk job. You'll be an important part of the patient experience—welcoming families, helping keep the office running smoothly, managing scheduling and communication, and working directly with patients during neurofeedback sessions, brain mapping, and nervous-system testing. We're looking for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, able to multitask, and willing to take initiative . Experience in healthcare, wellness, customer service, hospitality, or fitness is helpful, but we're happy to train the right person. Schedule This position has a split-day schedule with a longer mid-day break :

Monday-Thursday Morning:

8:30 AM-12:00 PM Mid-day break: 12:00-2:45

PM Afternoon:

2:45-6:00 PM Occasional special patient visits may run after 6:00 PM Typically 30-32 hours per week No Fridays or weekends Because our patients depend on us being here during office hours, we're looking for someone who can consistently work both the morning and afternoon portions of the schedule. What You'll Do Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism Answer phones, respond to messages, and help patients with questions Schedule and reschedule appointments Collect payments and assist with checkout Use our Jane EHR and other office technology Assist with neurofeedback sessions and patient setup Help with brain mapping and nervous-system scans Maintain accurate patient information and documentation Help keep the office organized, clean, and running smoothly Support patient communication, office projects, and occasional events Help identify what needs to be done and take initiative rather than waiting to be asked You May Be a Great Fit If You Genuinely enjoy working with people Are warm, positive, and professional Are dependable, punctual, and consistent Pay attention to details and follow through Can calmly prioritize several things at once Take ownership when something needs to be handled Are comfortable learning new technology and software Communicate clearly with patients and teammates Are coachable and open to feedback Enjoy health, wellness, chiropractic, fitness, brain health, or natural approaches to health Want to be part of a small team where your contribution matters You do not need prior neurofeedback experience.
