The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver evidence-based treatment interventions that improve mobility, restore function, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse orthopedic population, including post-operative, sports medicine, spine, joint replacement, and general musculoskeletal conditions in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Experience treating orthopedic and sports medicine conditions is preferred. Qualifications Required Active Colorado Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Strong interpersonal and patient education skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented outpatient orthopedic environment Preferred 1+ year of outpatient orthopedic experience Experience with post-operative rehabilitation Experience treating sports injuries, spine conditions, and orthopedic diagnoses Familiarity with EMR documentation systems New graduates are encouraged to apply Work Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Day shift Clinic hours typically between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. No weekends
