Physical Therapy Assistant

Kent Physical Therapy is a patient-centered outpatient physical therapy clinic, focused on delivering high-quality, evidence based care with strong emphasis on patient outcomes and teamwork. We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated physical therapy assistant (PTA) to provide consistent weekly coverage on Mondays or Wednesdays, with opportunities for additional shifts during staff absences or high volume periods. The per diem PTA direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. This role is ideal for a clinician who values a predictable weekly schedule while maintaining the flexibility of per diem work. Key Responsibilities Implement the therapeutic exercise exercises, neuromuscular reeducation, manual therapy, gait training, and functional activities per the supervising therapist's plan of care. Perform physical therapy reassessments as needed. Document each visit using Web PT. Communicate, patient progress, concerns, and barriers to the supervising PT. New graduates our welcome to apply.
