About The Back Clinic The Back Clinic is a PT-owned outpatient practice that has served the Wilmington, Delaware community for over 40 years. We are known for one model of care, applied consistently: every session is one-on-one, in a private treatment room, with a plan built around the individual patient. No aides running exercise circuits, no clinician juggling three patients at once, no productivity quotas dictating what care looks like. Our team includes specialists across pelvic floor, vestibular, TMJ, post-surgical, and orthopedic rehabilitation, and our facility includes private treatment rooms and a heated therapy pool. We track outcomes with objective measures and standardized tools because we believe clinical accountability is part of doing this work well. The Opportunity We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team, full-time or part-time. You'll carry out individualized plans of care under the supervision of our PTs, working one-on-one with patients across a general orthopedic caseload in a setting built to let you actually do the work: protected treatment time, private treatment rooms, and no double-booking. Whether you're an experienced PTA or a new graduate, you'll have consistent mentorship from a multidisciplinary team of specialists and real ownership of your patients' progress. What You'll Do

• Carry out individualized plans of care established by our PTs, across a general orthopedic caseload
• Deliver one-on-one treatment sessions using therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, and functional training
• Monitor and document patient progress, and communicate changes in status to the supervising PT
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management strategies
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in WebPT
• Deliver true one-on-one care in a private treatment room, no aides running circuits, no double-booking What We're Looking For
• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Delaware, or actively pursuing DE licensure
• New graduates are welcome, we provide mentorship and structured support as you build your caseload
• Sound clinical skills and a patient-centered communication style
• Strong follow-through on plans of care and reliable, accurate documentation Nice to Have
• Outpatient orthopedic experience
• Experience with WebPT or a similar EMR
• Interest in a specialty area: pelvic health, vestibular, TMJ, or post-surgical rehab What We Offer
