Job Description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team supporting seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist, focusing on functional mobility, safety, and independence. Responsibilities include gait and balance training, therapeutic exercise, transfers, patient and family education, and timely EMR documentation. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, patient-centered culture grounded in dignity, compassion, and respect.
