We are seeking an energetic, personable, and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient physical therapy practice in Boynton Beach, Florida. About All Pro Rehab All Pro Rehab is an outpatient physical therapy clinic focused on providing high-quality, personalized care in a welcoming and supportive environment. Our patients receive one-on-one evaluations and treatments , with each treatment session scheduled for a full hour. We treat a wide variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including neck, back, shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle injuries. Our clinic features private treatment rooms, modern equipment, and a collaborative environment where PTs and PTAs work together to help patients achieve meaningful functional goals. Requirements:

Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of therapeutic exercise and orthopedic rehabilitation Manual therapy experience or willingness to further develop manual therapy skills Ability to safely and effectively carry out a Physical Therapist's plan of care Strong documentation and time-management skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented Comfortable working with a diverse outpatient orthopedic population Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow.
