Job Overview Chiropractic Assistant / Patient Experience Coordinator We are a new, modern chiropractic, rehabilitation, and regenerative health practice in Bradenton, Florida. Our approach goes beyond the traditional quick-adjustment model. We combine chiropractic care, rehabilitation, advanced recovery technologies, and regenerative therapies to help patients move without pain, recover stronger, and perform for life. As a growing practice, we are looking for an exceptional Chiropractic Assistant / Patient Experience Coordinator who is energetic, organized, personable, and excited to help us create an outstanding patient experience.
The Role:
This is not just a front-desk position. You will play an important role in the day-to-day patient experience and operation of the practice.
Responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients and creating a professional, friendly first impression Answering phones, texts, and patient inquiries Scheduling appointments and managing the patient schedule Checking patients in and out Collecting payments and assisting with patient accounts Helping patients understand scheduling, treatment plans, and office procedures Assisting with patient flow throughout the office Setting up treatment and recovery areas Assisting with approved therapies and equipment as trained Maintaining clean, organized, and presentation-ready treatment spaces Communicating with patients regarding appointments and follow-ups Helping request and manage patient reviews Supporting basic office, administrative, and marketing tasks Learning and using our practice management software and technology Helping us continually improve the patient experience

Friendly, confident, and professional Highly organized and dependable Comfortable speaking with patients in person and over the phone Able to multitask in a fast-moving environment Detail-oriented Comfortable learning new technology Proactive rather than waiting to be told what to do Interested in health, fitness, rehabilitation, or performance A team player who is willing to help wherever needed Previous experience in a chiropractic, medical, physical therapy, fitness, hospitality, or customer-service environment is a plus, but chiropractic experience is not required.
