Our company is expanding and we are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient centered care. We hire the most compassionate and thoughtful talent in the field. Come join an amazing agency that values their employees. Key Responsibilities Implement treatment plans designed by the supervising Physical Therapist, ensuring effective, individualized care. Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities for patients in geriatrics, orthopedics, pediatrics, outpatient, and acute care settings. Observe, assess, and document patient responses and progress, reporting changes or concerns promptly to the supervising PT. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety precautions, and techniques to promote continued recovery. Maintain accurate and thorough treatment records, progress notes, and other required documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members—including RNs, PTs, OTs, and Speech Therapists—to ensure coordinated, holistic care. Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all patients. Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assisting or equivalent education and experience. 1- year of home health experience required Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Experience in home health, preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care team. Commitment to providing compassionate, ethical, and high-quality patient care. Benefits
