Manatee County, FL Salary:

$55-$65/visit Trilogy Home Healthcare , a Humana company, is hiring a dedicated and compassionate Certified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our award-winning team. What You'll Do:

Provide one-on-one physical therapy services in a home health setting Follow physician orders and treatment plans under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) Deliver therapy that helps patients achieve independence and improve their quality of life Thrive in a collaborative environment where excellence and patient satisfaction are valued
