You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.   • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience working in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
  • Experience with therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and modalities such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound preferred.
  • Ability to follow plans of care developed by licensed Physical Therapists and document progress in electronic medical records. Assignment Details
