Responsibilities:

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will work hand-in-hand with dedicated providers to support direct patient care and ensure an efficient clinical experience. From assisting with initial intake exams and updating electronic medical records to guiding patients through physiotherapy oversight, your organization will keep the day flowing smoothly. You will also get to know local patients dynamically by answering phones, facilitating smooth scheduling, managing inventory, and educating guests on premium healthcare products. PM Skills:

• Familiarity with foundational medical terminology
• Experience utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) software
• Prior experience in an administrative office or customer service environment

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer
• or patient-facing role
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
