This active, hands-on role will support essential practice locations across the Lee, Charlotte, and Collier areas, offering a supportive environment where you will receive comprehensive training to help you succeed. Responsibilities:
In this role, you will play a vital part in the complete patient experience by providing crucial coverage and support across multiple locations. You will assist doctors with initial intake exams, enter detailed medical histories into electronic medical records, and conduct patient re-exams. Your day-to-day will stay dynamic as you engage with patients, educate them on therapeutic practices, and assist with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) selection and distribution. Beyond direct patient care, you will maintain a smooth clinical workflow by managing office inventory, organizing medical supplies, and providing seamless front-desk clerical support when needed. Traveling to connect with patients across neighboring counties makes you an essential part of helping our entire regional community heal and thrive. ...

  • Familiarity with standard medical terminology
  • Experience working with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
  • Comfortable utilizing standard office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and digital scheduling programs
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
  • At least one year of professional experience in a role requiring direct patient interaction
  • Excellent active listening and clear spoken communication skills
  • Strong physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods and safely assist with lifting patients as needed
