We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our energetic and patient-focused team. Responsibilities Assist physical therapists in carrying out treatment plans for patients of all ages and conditions. Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities. Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with clinic and insurance requirements. Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery strategies. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment. Collaborate with the physical therapy team to ensure continuity of care. Qualifications Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license (required). Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program (accredited). Prior outpatient orthopedic/rehab experience preferred, but new grads welcome to apply. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Passion for helping patients reach their goals.
