• Outpatient Physical Therapy Physical Therapy Now Hallandale Beach is a growing outpatient physical therapy practice dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate care to help our patients recover, improve their mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy.

We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and patient-focused Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with patients, works well with the physical therapist and clinic team, and is committed to providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Physical Therapist with individualized treatment plans. Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and treatments. Provide hands-on care and modalities as directed by the Physical Therapist and within PTA scope of practice. Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate any concerns or changes. Educate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation. Assist patients with home exercise programs as directed. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment. Work closely with the PT and team to ensure quality and continuity of care. Provide a positive and welcoming experience for every patient.

Qualifications:

Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license required. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, professional, and team-oriented. Compassionate and comfortable working with patients of different ages and conditions. Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
