Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) — 1099 Contractor Kids First Therapy Center is seeking a bilingual, compassionate, and dependable Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our pediatric therapy team. Position Details Independent contractor (1099) In-office pediatric treatment only Compensation starting at $36 per completed treatment hour, equivalent to $9.00 per 15-minute treatment unit Payment is based on documented and completed treatment units Flexible schedule Established caseload available Start immediately or within two weeks

Location:

Kissimmee Responsibilities Provide pediatric treatment under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Implement established plans of care and therapeutic activities Help children improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional abilities Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate professionally with families, supervising therapists, and office staff Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements Comply with all professional, clinical, safety, and regulatory standards Required Qualifications Active and unrestricted Florida PTA license Bilingual in English and Spanish Pediatric physical therapy experience Current professional liability insurance Current CPR/BLS certification HIPAA training certificate Ability to pass all required background screenings Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills Dependable, caring, and professional approach to working with children and families Required Onboarding Documents Selected candidates must provide: Current résumé Copy of unrestricted Florida PTA license Certificate of professional liability insurance Current CPR/BLS certification HIPAA training certificate Required background-screening documentation Government-issued identification Completed Form W-9 NPI information, if applicable Any additional credentialing or compliance documents required by the clinic or insurance plans How to Apply Please submit your résumé through email include your earliest available start date.
