Monday-Friday Compensation:
Starting at $28+ per hour. Starting rate based on experience

$15,000 Sign-On Bonus + $200/month Student Loan Repayment Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Lake Wales. This center treats a diverse patient population with specialties including vestibular rehabilitation, sports medicine, and fall prevention. You will work collaboratively with a team consisting of 1.25 Physical Therapists and 1 PTA in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. We welcome both newly licensed and experienced candidates. Apply today and advance your career with us. Responsibilities Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act. Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff. Qualifications College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process) CPR certification
