JOB SUMMARY
To perform preventative maintenance and tasks to keep the facilities operating for reliability and Visitor Experience. This position will maintain a high-quality level of the visitor experience thru maintenance of all visitors and back of house areas.ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Perform daily maintenance inspections and repairs Perform Daily/ Weekly Preventative Maintenance tasks Perform Daily/Weekly pressure washing. Perform event set-ups and take-downs as directed by the Facilities Supervisor Perform a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs and services; such as plumbing, electric, HVAC. Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned; Responsible for alerting the Facilities Supervisor of any unusual occurrence or damage that may have taken place or that may occur; Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, city, state, and federal guidelines; as well as OHSA. Ensure compliance of all work-related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner; Follow established company policies and those outlined in the Employee Handbook; Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined; Cross train with the Custodian position. All other duties as assigned.SKILLS AND ABILITIES

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED; plus two (2) years' experience in facility maintenance work or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Proficient with hand tools and power tools required Experience in general maintenance or trades including painting, carpentry, electrical, mechanical or plumbing systems preferredWORKING CONDITIONS
Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all staff, volunteers, and visitors Occasional varied weekly schedule to assist with events and programs Some exposure to chemicals used for cleaning and parts maintenance Frequent carrying and lifting up to 60 lbs. Able to work outside in summer and winter climates Occasional reaching, stooping, bending and repetitive arm motionsBenefits
