Job Description

Synergy Care is looking for a qualified and Full Time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and Rehab Director New Port Richey, FL location. This is an Independent, Assisted Living facility that offers OP services to onsite residents. Synergy Care offers an excellent benefits package including 12 paid days off, 3 sick days, medical/dental/vision insurance, long and short term disability, life insurance, 401K with a match, and free CEU's. In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapy Assistants or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months. You must hold a valid National Board for PTA certification and a you must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as an Physical Therapy Assistant.
