CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant for our outpatient clinic in Lake Mary, FL. In this role, you'll support licensed physical therapists in delivering evidence-based, personalized care to restore function, mobility, and independence. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, guiding therapeutic exercises, monitoring and documenting patient progress, and educating patients on home programs. Responsibilities Assist physical therapists in delivering evidence-based treatments in an outpatient setting Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training Set up, maintain, and clean treatment areas and therapy equipment Observe, measure, and accurately document patient progress in the EMREducate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety techniques Collaborate with the clinical team to adjust and optimize care plans Support a patient-first, compassionate care environment aligned with CORA standards Ensure compliance with clinic policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements Required Skills Therapeutic exercise implementation Outpatient orthopedic rehab Patient assessment and documentation Gait and balance training Manual therapy techniques (within scope) Use of rehab equipment and modalities Electronic medical records (EMR) proficiency Patient and family education Infection control and safety compliance Interdisciplinary team collaboration
