Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and support. Responsibilities:

• Assist the Physical Therapist in evaluating and assessing patients' conditions
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans under the guidance of the Physical Therapist
• Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy techniques
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology
• Familiarity with various treatment techniques such as trigger point therapy and acute care interventions
• Ability to work effectively in a hospital or clinical setting
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
