Job Description:
The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is responsible for providing skilled rehabilitation services to patients in accordance with the Plan of Treatment and under the direct supervision and direction of a Physical Therapist. The PTA administers comprehensive physical therapy modalities/regimens to clients in their place of residence for the purpose of developing and restoring function through rehabilitative physical therapy as prescribed by a physician.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Must have a valid FLORIDA professional license by discipline Must have experience in SNF/LTC Exceptional patient service skills and ability to demonstrate clinical excellence Passionate about post-acute rehabilitation and the older adult population Ability to relate and interact positively, effectively and appropriately with residents, family, professional and facility staff To learn more about this exciting career opportunity, please apply online now!
