Pay:
$65 per treatment (4-unit visit) Join Sobe Innovative Rehab, an outpatient therapy-at-home provider serving Assisted Living Facilities. We're looking for a compassionate, licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality geriatric therapy that helps residents maintain independence and age in place. Why Join Us?

Responsibilities Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team Complete accurate, timely documentation Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active Florida PTA license Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required) About the PRN Role PRN therapists work on an as-needed basis, choosing the assignments they want to accept.
