Job Description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team serving seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care. The PTA will implement PT treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence, delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care. Responsibilities include providing one-on-one therapy, documenting progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
