$17 per hour We are looking for an outgoing, welcoming, and confident team member to support our front desk and help create a smooth, positive experience for every patient. The right person communicates clearly, learns quickly, and is comfortable using technology. This position is ideal for someone interested in health and wellness who wants to grow with a busy, patient-centered practice.
Primary Responsibilities:
Patient Flow Welcome patients and guide to treatment rooms Check patients in and out efficiently Escort patients to the appropriate treatment areas Prepare treatment rooms and keep the office moving on schedule Communicate with the doctors and team to maintain a smooth patient flow Payment Collection Collect patient payments at checkout Clearly communicate balances, fees, and payment expectations Provide receipts and accurately record payments Maintain professionalism and discretion when discussing financial information Scheduling Schedule new and returning patient appointments Answer incoming calls and respond to scheduling requests Confirm appointments and help reduce missed visits Manage schedule changes, cancellations, and rescheduling Help patients follow the recommended frequency of care Passive Therapy Management Prepare patients and treatment areas for passive therapies Set up and manage assigned therapies under the doctors' direction Monitor patient comfort and communicate any concerns to the clinical team Clean and reset therapy areas between patients Follow all office procedures, safety standards, and documentation requirements Our Ideal Candidate Outgoing, personable, and comfortable starting conversations Warm and welcoming while remaining professional Confident when communicating with patients Dependable, organized, and attentive to details Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment Trainable, adaptable, and open to feedback Comfortable learning new technology and office systems Interested in chiropractic, fitness, functional health, or holistic wellness Able to work independently while contributing to a strong team Previous chiropractic or medical-office experience is helpful but not required. We would especially love to meet a retired massage therapist, former wellness professional, or someone beginning a career in health and wellness.
