What You'll Do As a Chiropractic Assistant, you'll be an important part of the patient experience by helping our providers deliver exceptional care.
Responsibilities include:
Assist the chiropractor during patient visits and treatment Escort patients through their appointments while ensuring a positive experience Collect patient histories and document information within the EMR Prepare patients for treatment and assist with therapy procedures Perform X-rays (or learn to perform them if not already certified) Educate patients on treatment plans and provider recommendations Support patient flow to keep the clinic running efficiently Assist with scheduling, phones, insurance verification, and front desk duties as needed Maintain exam rooms, treatment areas, and clinic supplies Work collaboratively with providers and teammates to ensure excellent patient care Who We're Looking For We're less interested in finding someone who checks every box and more interested in finding someone with the right attitude.
