Paid training, complimentary chiropractic care, long-term growth opportunity Limitless Life Chiropractic is hiring a dependable, patient-focused full-time Chiropractic Therapy Assistant to support patient care, therapy flow, documentation, and day-to-day clinical operations. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced chiropractic office—not a receptionist-only position and not a role with extended downtime. You will work directly with patients, prepare therapy areas and equipment, support the doctor's prescribed treatment flow, document accurately, and help keep the clinic running at a high standard. We are looking for someone who wants a stable, long-term position in healthcare and takes pride in being reliable, organized, coachable, and fully engaged throughout the workday. What You'll Do Greet, escort, and guide patients through the therapy area with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency Set up, monitor, and remove patients from doctor-prescribed therapies under the doctor's direction and supervision Assist with therapies and procedures used in the office, which may include intersegmental traction, spinal decompression, electrical muscle stimulation, shockwave therapy, surface EMG scans, re-exam support, and related delegated clinical tasks Prepare patients and treatment areas for examinations, re-examinations, and adjustments Monitor patients during therapy and promptly notify the doctor of discomfort, concerns, or unexpected responses Enter complete, accurate same-day EHR documentation for delegated therapies and patient flow activities Maintain clean, stocked, organized, patient-ready therapy stations and equipment throughout the day Sanitize tables, handles, pads, and other treatment equipment between patients according to office procedures Help maintain smooth patient flow during busy periods and assist teammates as needed Use non-patient time productively for cleaning, stocking, chart completion, preparation, training, workflow improvement, and assigned operational tasks Protect patient privacy and follow clinic policies related to safety, HIPAA, professionalism, and documentation Required Qualifications Please apply only if you meet the following baseline requirements: You are seeking a full-time, long-term position , not temporary work or a short-term job between other plans You have dependable transportation and can consistently arrive early and ready to work You can maintain strong attendance and communicate professionally and promptly when an unavoidable emergency occurs You are comfortable being on your feet, moving throughout the clinic, cleaning and preparing equipment, and maintaining a steady pace during busy patient hours You are comfortable working directly with patients in a clinical setting You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow established systems consistently You accept feedback professionally, learn quickly, and apply coaching without repeated reminders You can remain focused and off your personal phone during patient-care hours You are legally eligible to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Candidates with one or more of the following will receive priority consideration: At least one year of experience in chiropractic, medical assisting, physical therapy, rehabilitation, wellness, dental, or another fast-paced patient-care setting Experience with therapy flow, patient rooming, modality setup, treatment-area turnover, or EHR documentation Familiarity with anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, HIPAA, and clinical documentation Experience supporting electrical stimulation, traction, decompression, rehabilitation, or similar doctor-directed therapies Active CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain it within a defined onboarding period Demonstrated work history showing reliability and tenure in previous roles Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills Prior chiropractic experience is preferred but not required for the right full-time candidate with a strong healthcare, service, or operations background and the ability to learn quickly.
