We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill a full-time position in our Chiropractic office. Applicant must love working in a fast paced environment. This position will have an active role in patient care. Individual should be outgoing, friendly, detail oriented, and able to multitask efficiently. We love our patients and staff like family and strive to provide the best quality of care available. We are looking for someone interested in a long term position.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome all new patients and visitors to the practice Collect Payments Scheduling Patients Answer telephone promptly and in a polite and professional manner Monitor Providers' scheduling to maximize efficiency Obtain and enter accurate demographic information into EMR Answer questions and offer other information, as requested, to provide patient-focused service and positive impression of the practice. Act as a liaison for the patients and practice Direct calls and documents to other departments as needed Provide assistance with other projects as call volume permits Other duties as assigned Other job requirements include, scribing for the licensed clinicians, helping put patients on a variety of therapies/modalities such as electrical stimulation, spinal decompression, flexion and distraction, shockwave, laser therapy and etc.

Pay:

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
